# Buffalo City School District Retiree Dental

## How do I log into the consumer portal?

First time logging in?

Please enter your first initial, followed by your last name, followed by the last four digits of your Medicare number, found on your government issued Medicare card. 

For example, John Smith's username would be **jsmithMK72**

Temporary password: **Innovation**
